Bed bug bites are typically small, red, and itchy. They often appear in a line or cluster on skin exposed while sleeping. However, if the bites are in locations you are normally covering with clothes, it could possibly be bed bugs.

Check mattress seams, bed frames, behind headboards, in furniture joints, inside electrical outlets, under loose wallpaper, and in any cracks or crevices near your sleeping area. Bed bugs tend to hide close to where humans rest or sleep.

Bed bugs can enter homes through luggage, clothing, used beds and sofas, and other items. They can also travel between apartments in multi-unit buildings.
